Marion Magdalena Ellanora Golem (nee Lorenz) of Hanover and formerly of Chesley, passed away peacefully at Hanover & District Hospital on November 3, 2024 in her 93rd year, her eldest son by her side.
Beloved wife of the late Wilfred Golem for 60 years. Loving mother of Dennis(Tammy)of Waterloo and Don(Lisa) of Goderich. Grandmother of Scott, Christopher, Jeremy and Travis and great grandmother of Adele and Kai. Predeceased by her parents William and Edith(Pegelo)Lorenz, her husband Wilfred and her 4 siblings,
Visitation will be held at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Chesley on Thursday November 7, 2024 at 11AM, followed by the funeral service at noon. Interment in Chesley cemetery. Donations to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church or the Hanover & District Hospital would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
