Joan Marie Schnurr (nee O'Hagan) passed away at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017. She was 73. Beloved wife of Larry Schnurr for 50 years. Loving mother of Greg (Jennifer Jacques) and former mother-in-law of Kim Schnurr.

Cherished grandma of Greg and Kim's children; Gweneth, Alina, Miles and Evangeline, and Greg and Jennifer's children Everett and Coleman.

Dear sister to Margaret Lippert of Chepstow, Tom (Loretta) O'Hagan of Chepstow, Pat (Rob) Morley of Mildmay and Helen (Blair) Blue of Walkerton. Sister-in-law to Doug (Ruth) Schnurr of Walkerton, Mary (George) Steffler of Walkerton, Sister Harriet Schnurr of Waterdown, John (Gail) Schnurr of Walkerton, Marlene Schmidt of Hanover, Donna O'Hagan of McCullough Lake and Brian Raper of Chepstow. Joan will also be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.

Joan was predeceased by her brothers Roy and Gord O'Hagan, Carl and Douglas O'Hagan (both in infancy), her sisters Mary Carrie and Linda Raper, brothers-in-law Maurice Lippert and Jim Carrie, her parents Harold and Beatrice O'Hagan and her parents-in-law Harry and Olive Schnurr.

Joan's family will receive relatives and friends for a casual visitation from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. with CWL Prayers at 2:30 p.m. and Parish Prayers at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, April 21st, 2017 at the Cameron Funeral Home (1106 Yonge St. S, Walkerton). Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 at 11:00 am at Mary Immaculate Church, Chepstow. Rev. Luc Payette officiating. Interment in Mary Immaculate Cemetery, Chepstow. Reception to follow at the Knights of Columbus Hall, Walkerton.
