Wayne Delbert Rusk

Wayne Delbert Rusk passed away peacefully at the Hanover & District Hospital after a short battle with Cancer on Friday, August 21, 2026 with his family by his side. He was 70.

Born on May 12, 1956 to the late Delbert and Jean (nee Payne) Rusk. He was born in Brampton before moving with the family to RR#1 Neustadt. He enjoyed life on the farm. He was a quiet man who was always quick to help others, whether it be farming or just giving of his time and knowledge.

Loved brother of Gary (Penny) Rusk of RR#1 Elmwood. Loved uncle of Scott (Suzanna) Rusk of Hanover, Tanya (Brandon) Lloyd of Walkerton, David (Lindsay) Rusk of Hanover and Sean (Marsha) Burt of RR#1 Neustadt. Predeceased by his parents Delbert in 2019, Jean 1999 and his sister Barbara in 2008.

To honour his wishes, cremation has taken place and a private inurnment of his ashes will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the care of Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover.
