Nancy Helen Livingstone, of Hanover, passed away at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. She was 85.Â
Born in St. Catharines on June 9, 1940 to the late Joseph and Helen (nee Troup) Wismer. Nancy was a member of the Elmwood Seniors and will be missed by her many friends over the years. She had a love for cards as she looked forward to playing them each week.. no matter the day there was always somewhere to play cards.Â
Survived by children Jean Livingstone (Dean Burley) of Bognor, Laurie (Robin) Leifso of R#1 Hanover, Ron Livingstone of Grimsby, Jim (Silvia) Livingstone of Holstein. Loved grandmother of Nadine, Renee, Thomas (Leigha), Matt (Kayla), Alex, Duncan, Benjamin, Emily, Nancy, Jessica, Spencer and great grandmother to Blake, Alexis, Hailey, Gabriel, Violet, Willow, Delilah, Meadow, Aleena, Aisha, Jaida, Isla and Nolan. Dear sister of Joseph (Jean) Wismer. Predeceased by husband Bob Livingstone.Â
Visitation will be held at Mighton Funeral Home, Hanover, on Sunday, February 22, 2026 from 1-4pm. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026 at 11:00 am. Pastor Lyndsay McGregor officiating. Spring Interment in Elmwood United Cemetery, Elmwood.Â
