Leintje “Lena” Hokansson (nee Joosse), of Durham and formerly of Desboro, passed away at the South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Durham on Thursday, December 7th, 2023 in her 79th year. Beloved wife of Douglas Hokansson. Loving mother of Christopher, Paul, Eric, John, and Rob Hokansson. Remembered by her three grandchildren. Dear sister of Len Joosse (Anne), Andy Joosse (Gerri), Brian Joose, Lea Pool, and Wilma Brazeau (Denis). Sister-in-law of Dennis and Shirley Hokansson, and Audrey Hokansson. Predeceased by her parents Adrian and Catherina Joosse, and her siblings Elly Visser and spouse Henk, Betty Hazelhoff, John Joosse and spouse Elizabeth, Cathy Oosterhof, and Hank Joosse.
